I am all the way in California and needed to send some flowers to my dear friend. I called thinking I might be told no since it was last minute on Valentine’s Day. I got exactly the opposite! They were so generous in helping me make this happen. I am not from MD so I was very nervous to send flowers from so far away. The flowers got to their destination way before promised and the creativity of the artist was amazing. They really saved the day! Thank you!

Owner Teresa is first class and you can expect professional guidance and delivery of all products plus the shop has unique gifts ! Morgan is associate who over delivers in excellent customer service!  The new wedding service is outstanding and brides will love the personal attention!   Highly recommend!

The flowers were beautiful! My wife selected the flowers in honor of her mother's passing. The service and delivery of the flowers was nothing less than the best. Thank you Gateway for all you did!

I went in to have an arrangement made for a friend an hour before the store was to close and the staff made the most BEAUTIFUL arrangement as if I had put in an order and they worked on it all day. They had the best customer service and they met every need I requested with the final product. I would recommend them to anyone who would like a floral arrangement for ANY occasion. Thank you again Gateway Florist!

This is the best florist I've ever used! I wanted very special flowers for my parents 40th wedding anniversary, and when they were delivered my mother said they were the most gorgeous flowers she's ever received in her life. In addition, they delivered on Saturday, staying open 2 extra hours trying to confirm someone was home before delivering in 100 degree weather. That's some kinda customer service!! Top notch,wonderful people.  Can't thank them enough!
