I have purchased diamonds form Kent New York three times now.  No easy feat considering I live in Melbourne, Australia.  I have dealt with Greg  & Michael and was both impressed by their knowledge and non “hard sell” attitude.  Prior to stumbling across Kent New York, I like many others, had also been to the diamond district.  It was chaotic, stressful and confusing.  Interesting since I had previously worked in the jewellery trade for 6 years and not so easily rattled. I would highly recommend a visit to these guys, even if you do still want to run the gauntlet that is the diamond district.

I'd highly recommend Kent New York - they were awesome. I was looking for a specific kind of engagement ring. Greg was my main point of contact and was not only incredibly knowledgeable on all things diamond and engagement ring related but also very patient throughout my research and purchasing visits to the store. I completely trusted Greg and the custom designed ring I ended up with was exactly what I wanted. After getting a wonderful "yes" we needed to get the ring slightly re-sized and Greg and Kent were, once again, awesome and got it resized in just a couple of days. 5 stars. We'll go there again for the wedding bands. Thanks Greg!

These guys were great from A to Z.  Had my own diamond set in a new ring.  The custom work was completed exactly as discussed and the setting was done in front of my eyes and came out great.  Nick was courteous, friendly and followed through on everything he promised.  The shop was less chaotic and lower pressure than most of the other spots in Diamond District.  If you are shopping, give these guys a look.

Nick has to be one of the most patient and knowledgeable jewelers in all of NYC. I went to him 4 different times within 3 weeks looking for diamond rings and each time he answered every single one of my questions. He is a wealth of knowledge and never pushed a sale on me once. Each time I walked out of he door he could have wasted hours of his time teaching me, only to have had me buy a ring somewhere else. Genuinely good guys, after shopping at almost every other place in the diamond district I can say that I will be returning here for all my needs.  The ring that was made for my fiancé was beyond perfect. Thank you Kent!!!
