I have purchased several pieces from TraxNYC and EVERYONE is great there.. I have to give a special shout out to Lou, he goes above and beyond and he hasn't disappointed yet. I won't shop anywhere else when it comes to jewelry... ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE GUYS!!!

I had a terrible experience with TraxNYC. I ordered a pair of diamond and Ruby cluster earrings. From the start they were very unprofessional and incompetent. I had no problems with Amy my personal jeweler, she knew what she was talking about and was able to answer all of my questions and even offered me an additional discount on top of the sale price. The problems started when I got the invoice to pay. My information was all wrong and the link wouldn't work. I couldn't type in my card information, their site kept changing it. So I called and paid over the phone with a different jeweler, he was extremely confused and charged my account with the wrong price and failed to fix my address info. When I got the receipt via email I noticed I was charged the wrong amount and my info was still wrong. I called again and received no help and had to contact Amy directly. Amy was unable to return just the funds I had over paid and unable to cancel and return my order.i had to contact my card company and cancel my order and then reorder. Traxs didn't return the funds right away so I had the amount held on my card for days. Now you'd think it was fine from here on but it's been worse. I was promised it would be 10 business days for sure. I called a few times to check on production and arrival date as I received a confusing email statement that showed it was sent. The email tracking showsed the canceled order, however and still after 4 more calls and 17 days I'm being told that it's still in final stages of polishing and has been for over a week and will for sure ship by the end of the week. Which I've been told previously 2x that it would ship by the end of the day. Ive also called numerous times and been promised that they're looking into it and will call back in10mins and never received a call and when I've tried calling it goes to vm and their vm is full. I'm very frustrated at this point and wish I'd never ordered them in the first place as they are for my husband and he's extremely upset.

Just brought a Miami Cuban from my man Lou at trax. He was very knowledgeable and professional great quality jewelry and just a good experience definitely will be back

Customer service is horrible . Gave me a good price for a Miami cuban ring at 42 dollars per gram of 14kt gold but the second ring I wanted was way to expensive. They tried to charge me almost 54 dollars per gram of 14kt gold way too much . Some good pieces but many of them overpriced.

Good prices, great customer service, and will always work hard to find whatever is in your price range. I bought a 30in Cuban link necklace and a diamond bracelet a few years ago. Ask for Paul, Joe, or Nissan. Can't go wrong at Trax NYC!!
