Traveling on I-75 when vehicle died just north of downtown Cincinnati at 4:30 PM.  Called AAA and they made towing arrangements.  Yes, it took awhile for the tow (about 1.5 hours), but I understand because it was rush hour traffic on a Friday.  The driver (Michael) was very helpful and went out of his way help us out.  The co-owner (Bobbie) made special arrangements to have the shop look at our vehicle since emergency service for out-of-town travel.  And the mechanic (Aaron) was very helpful getting vehicle functional and on the road.  I greatly appreciate all the assistance we received.  We were broken down / stranded and KY Auto Service got us running again at a very reasonable cost!  They went above and beyond to help.

My insurance company uses this business to tow vehicles, unfortunately. It took the guy 1.5 hours to tow my car to the dealership that was only 30 minutes away from where the car was. They were supposed to pick it up at 12:45 and ended up picking it up a half hour late at 1:15p. They eventually dropped it off at the dealership at 2:57p.  Where did they go with my car?? Did they get lost? My appointment was at 2:30p. I called the dealership and the car was not there yet. They made me miss my appointment and the service center has to wait until tomorrow to look at it now. Thanks guys.

I Arranged through my auto ins, to have my vehicle towed by Kentucky auto service towing @ 12:35 pm. Pick up time, iwas told, would be @ 2:15 pm....... At 2:27 i was told it would be another 20 min, or  2:48 pm. He arrived @ 2:55 and promptly left after 30 seconds. (I was inside the business wher the car was parked to stay warm as it was 30° out side.) He backed into a driveway as i exited the business And tried to wave him down as he sped away at a high rate of speed, he looked like he was pissed off that i wasn't standing next to the vehical. I tried calling and texting Kentucky auto service with no success.  I called my insurance company to see if they could get them to come back. The driver did come back 15 min later  and after a few quipy words between us he informed me that the tow was cancled and prompty left. Leaving me STRANDED! My insurance company found me another tow company and i FINALLY  got the car home @ 6:15 pm. The lady @ my insurance company  told me that it was  Kentucky auto service towing that refused the tow after they called back. Horrible experience dealing with them. Lady from ky auto finally did text me back @ 4:54pm with an apology for the drivers actions, but i was still waiting for another tow truck at the time, to get my car home. I was not sympathetic to the excuse given as it was thier refusal that caused me to have to get another tow company, and wait an additional 2 hrs to get home with my car. I don't  ever write reviews but this was ridiculous.

Amazing family owned business. Been taking my car there for many years. Very experienced mechanics such as Walt and Fred. Fast, thorough, efficient and friendly tow drivers Michael and Robby. Bobbie who runs the place is the absolute best and for a woman, she sure knows her cars. Never once had an issue or complaint about any service I've ever received from them. I would recommend them to everyone.

The worst service I have ever experienced with a towing service... THEY Ran an hour late and when I called to ask why the lady was extreamly rude ask for her name and in stead of giving me her name she said I’m going to cancel your tow and hung up!!! I tried to call back several times and was continuelu sent to VM...I would file a complaint with the BBB but obviously they are not apart!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars but u have to give at least one to Write a review!!! This was a horrible experience and an extream inconvenience!!! My recommendation is to NEVeR use them !!! And to think that have my address and know what vehicle I drive!!! I truly afraid they would do something to my car after the way I was treated!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!
