I scheduled my appointment online a week in advance for a simple tire rotation and flat repair. My appointment was at 2pm. I came back at 4pm, car wasn’t ready (told me they just rolled it into the garage). I came back at 5, still wasn’t ready (they hadn’t even taken any of the tires off yet). I ended up waiting in the lobby until almost 6:30. They said they couldn’t fix the flat, but never told me why- personally I think they didn’t even attempt, it was easier to charge me for a new tire than attempt to fix it. So I end up spending $200+ for a service that- in my opinion, should have been free and covered under the tire warranty. They did not balance, or align the tires and my car is not driving smooth. If I could give lower than one star I would. Customer Service Rep  was nice, but actual repair service was horrible.

Went in because my tire was losing air. They couldn’t fit me in Saturday but had suggestions to hold me over and offered to put the spare on. They were compassionate, patient and fit me right in the following day. On Sunday they got to me right away, pulled a nail out and repaired. Again they were genuine, caring and compassionate. I was upset because it was second nail in a month, I was thinking I had bad juju but they totally talked me off the ledge. Great team! Highly recommend!

Go to the one in Newport, Kentucky. Ask for Jeff, he definitely knows cars. I promise he does! I feel, they will treat you right and fairly.

This has been my go-to auto repair place for the last two years, and I would highly recommend their services.  Every time I've had to bring my vehicle in for any kind of service, they've taken the time to explain the repairs and have given me a reasonable quote for service.  I purchased the lifetime alignment for both of my vehicles, and I've never had a problem scheduling service, even though this place is usually busy.
