My mom and dad went to her for years. This is one doctor who doesn't need to be practicing medicine. I wouldn't take my cat to her.

I never get in at my appointment time or even close to it with Dr. Reynolds. I have to wait over an hour every single time I've ever gone. Last time I was there I was given an appointment for immunizations for out of country travel and upon entering the exam room, I was told by a different nurse that they couldn't help me and I'd have to go somewhere else to get them done after I was told initially it could be done. I was furious because I'd waited so long only to be let down. I didn't even get to see the doctor at all about my concerns. Dr. Reynolds doesn't take time to listen to patients. All she does is prescribe antibiotics willy nilly. Definitely not a safe way to run a practice.

My mom went in there for low blood pressure and all they did was give her anti depressents.

Great place, office and nursing staff are wonderful. Dr. Reynolds really cares about her patients.
