Would NOT let them treat my dog, if it was the last facility on the planet. Charged me $900 for a one-dimensional mammogram that was "inconclusive". Went to different facility in another county to try to get an answer. I was charged $350 for a 3D mammogram! Not the worst part. I called once a month for almost two years in an attempt to get a bill sent to me. Each time I called they would say "pending insurance, so we can't send you a bill", and each time I explained to them that I didn't have insurance so they could send me the bill. Wth?!!! I explained to them that I had the $ to pay in full but they wouldn't send a bill. I received a bill two years after the date of service indicating that my bill was past due. 😡 I had never received the first bill! So I called to arrange payments because I was furious that it had taken them two years to send a bill. I was told that I had to pay the bill off within 9 months or it would be turned over to collections. This was the second time this happened to me. I swore I would rather die than go there in 1992, but I thought this time would be different. Nope. Billing department clearly is managed by idiots! Nothing has changed in 24 years, but this girl is D-O-N-E DONE!!!

7 hours in the ER. Im so glad i dont have anything deathly ill wrong with me, or at least i hope i dont. Im not staying here a minute longer. You should really talk to the hospital in corbin an learn a few things. There is one guy here thats been here since 7pm. Its almost 6am thats 11 hours. I hate this place so much and everyone i know hates it. Everyone always talks about driving the extra miles just to go to corbin. Ive seen at least 20 people come in get tired of waiting and leave.

Not perfect but it's a hospital and the best around our area.

Worst hospital ever. Waiting in the waiting room for over 2 hours and still not been seen nor checked on. Severe pain should be a little concern to doctors especially left side pain.

I have been trying to reach someone in the ER Department and they told me I had to call back later. We are trying to figure out if someone is okay because we were told they were on life support.
