Called office to schedule appointment, was immediately placed on hold for 11 minutes. Once hold ended I explained to woman that I needed to screen) schedule an appointment, she advised me first available was in January, it is now December 1st. You are telling me I have to wait over a month to be seen? I pay for my insurance through my employer. I'm not on medicaid. Guess I'll be taking up the ERs time with my illness when they should be dealing with actual emergencies, thanks Obamacare. :/

This place sucks!!!! Don't come to this place for your treatment.... They don't care about your health... They don't care about YOU!!!!  They don't deserve any stars!!!!!!! And let me be clear... The outer loop location.

WORSE front desk team, rude and not to mentioned if you trying to get a hold of the office, it is impossible. Last time I tried to get an appointment I literally was calling back to back for 30 minutes without any luck... Dr. Ferreira was great but the office team was the worse I end it up leaving to another doctors office.

I love it. Never had a problem. Office staff is good. Doctor is awesome. They call me and check on me. Even the Doctor. Not a single complaint.
