Always very helpful. WIC was very helpful when I was pregnant and until she was 5.

While I wish they did walk ins for STD tests instead of purely scheduled I am thankful of the services health departments provide. This place also offers free condoms which really helped me when I was in high school and broke. 

I was doing a panel on safe sex at a convention and asked for condoms and they gave me a bunch to hand out.
