I'm just discovering that they never paid my provider for my annual last June. They never paid for anything actually. I'm still paying off lab bills because they didn't cover one cent of it, and apparently I owe $257 to my doctor for my visit last year which should have been covered under preventative care. I'm not really sure what I was paying a monthly premium for if they never covered a dime. I'm only giving one star because you have to select at least one.

So glad they are going under. Have been fighting with them for over a year just to be able to get into my account. To this day I STILL cannot get into my own account to edit my information - everything has to be done through a customer service rep, which can take upwards of 2 hours. I constantly am being transferred from one person to another, and many times I have been hung up on because the rep didn't want to take the time to handle the problem. I have been told multiple times that the problem was fixed and that I can log into my account, only to find out that nothing has changed. I understand the concept of socialized medicine, but this company was nothing but a legal way for a company to take your money and provide no real goods or services in return. Utter bullshit.

How can this place even be called an insurance company? I have plenty of time to write this review BC I have been on hold for 45min. Trying to get some answers on why I can't use the insurance I've been paying for for 3 months?! Takes hours to get a representative, then each person tells you something different, I just want to fill a prescription that I need!

The people are nice on the phone. However, their website/member portal is completely worthless. There is no why to contact this insurance company without going through a series of phone calls for every little thing. I cannot even update basic information on my own. This is not adequate customer service for anyone with a day job.
