My overall experience was awful. I went for a second interview early this month, but my info was lost and never documented. All I needed to do today was drop off a paper but they tell me I need another interview now. Then, I became visibly upset by this bc it's not MY fault that you lost my papers, and told them in a firm tone that they need to "get their stuff together bc this is ridiculous!"  I honestly feel that they bumped me to the bottom of the waiting list bc (I watched for an hour) as people before me and after me got called for service.  How rude. Its not right that I get immaturely punished bc these employees don't know how to diffuse a situation, and those handling cases don't know how to entirely do their jobs. Way to be professional!

Inefficient government beurocracy at its finest. They seem to be downsizing staff all the time never try to call/email them and you have to take a number and wait even if it's just you and one other.

I called four times in a row just change my name on the account and they kept hanging up. I don't have time to go sit up there for hours to wait to change it. I have a job.
