It wasn’t at all satisfactory for me for various reasons - though I was given 50% discount since I was the first client and happened to avail the service on Wednesday, I strongly feel they bump up the prices and end up charging a lot .... I don’t mind spending as long as the treatment is worth for my hair and satisfies my expectations... my hair feel so rough and it seems there’s no point of taking the treatment as it defeated the purpose leaving my ends rough.. my hair are so dry and charged and dry despite the fact that Keratin should have left them softer and smooth .... the next day hair were twisted for which the store manager advised me to put hear using either flat iron or a dryer.:. I don’t wish to put heat and I expect the treatment should have left my hair everyday in the same way for the stipulated time as they looked when I left the salon and it seemed the flat iron which the stylist used, she was in the end taking thicker sections for flat iron process ... not only that I waited for sometime which is absolutely fine, I was told the stylist would give me complimentary hair cut, when my turn came apparently whilst we were getting almost finished, the next client came in and the stylist said either she could wash my hair or give me a hair cut since she can’t make the other client wait though I waited.. thankfully when the store manager was blow drying my hair, the stylist chipped in and finished the blow dry.. also I chose to get the wash done in the salon after the treatment just so in case some flaws I would get them fix there and then , for which the stylist mentioned next time you want the treatment, let us know while booking the appointment what all services you need as we have client booked back to back.... I thought this shouldn’t have been my problem and especially when I was the new client .:.. All in all, not a very good experience for the amount I spent ... Its been 7 days I did the treatment and I have to say my hair are in not in a healthy condition ..:: not sure of this water based keratin treatment gave me what I was looking for , attaching few images with and without treatment in my hair and of course comparison when the treatment was done a few years ago ... salon stylist recommended me that I coloured my hair and it’s damaged the ends ... however I still feel that without the treatment in my hair the roughness wasn’t significant .... It was definitely disappointing for me .. Posted the images in photos section

I just wanted to give a fair warning to African Americans going to this salon. They do not know how to handle African American hair!! They don’t have the proper tools. They will rush you hair through this process and cause a ridiculous amount of damage and on top of it all charge you a an obscene fee for having “difficult” hair. I will never go back here. I was physically upset when I left this place. Worst mistake of my 4 year natural hair journey.

I LOVE Keratin Lounge! I have had Keratin treatments in 3 other places and it has never worked as well. Lasio is the only product I will ever use. My hair looks great and it takes only a few minutes to dry. Shefvon is absolutely fabulous and my first treatment lasted 5 months! Why would anyone want to go anywhere else? THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Best Keratin out there. They are honest about formeldehyde in treatment. Great results!
