I purchased a few flat irons years ago and I was quite happy with my experience. Delivery was fast and I received exactly what I ordered. I again purchased an iron 2 weeks ago and the money was immediately charged - but the item has not been shipped yet. The website has been completely down for almost 2 weeks now and I have not received any communication/responses since.

I have been ordering from Folica for about 4 years. Never had a problem. Ordered from them March 1st, 2017 my credit card was charged and nothing since. It's been 19 days No update of my order. Tried calling line has a constant busy tone. Emailed 3 times customer care and no reply. Makes me think they went out of business and I got taken for my money. Now website doesn't even come up. Total disappointment and dissatisfaction.

Ordered on 2/28/17 and received nothing. No phone number to call , the one that is online is a scam, constantly busy, I sent numerous emails and no reply. Will not be ripped off... I'm calling t get to the bottom of it. Maybe the BBB can help me... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM .

I'm having the same problem as everyone else. They owe me money. No response from anyone from this company. I'm hoping I'm wrong and they didn't go out of business and just decided to keep everyone's money. It sucks that a successful business is now shady. At least let people know. I would have been willing to do business with this company again once they figured out their issues but definitely not now.

I to placed an order on March 12, 2017 and all I get is crickets. There website isn't up anymore and I emailed them to find out if then could provide tracking number or details, and I received no response. This is very disappointing because I don't have item I ordered or anyway to get a refund because no one is answering or responding. This company doesn't deserve the 1 star I gave them, but you have to select in order to leave a review.
