Would recommend Kesslers Diamonds to any one of my friends and family every day! Can’t say one bad thing about this place. My first piece of jewelry from here was a necklace, I have twin boys so the chain got broke more than once, I can simply take it in and they give you a new one. Every time my husband or I have been in here they are completely helpful the minute you walk in but never too pushy. If you need a necklace, new pair of stud earrings or the perfect engagement ring, stop at Kesslers in Madison :)

My fiancé bought my engagement ring at Kesslers and was so happy with the service and quality of jewelry that he wanted to get our bands here as well. I'm an indecisive bride to be and the options are endless at this store. Our associate, Fiona, was hands down the best to work with! I've stopped in many times to try different styles and each time she treated me like it was my first time there and never pressured me into anything I wasn't ready to commit to. I finally picked my finance's band and ordering the perfect ring was a breeze. She was so helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Great customer service is rare these days and she went above and beyond our expectations. We will spread the word, thank you!!

My wedding ring from another dealer broke. I took my diamonds to Kessler's,  they helped me pick out a new wedding set and created a beautiful ring using diamonds from my broken ring. Now I have a strong,  Beautiful and reliable ring.  That was 6 years ago.  Today I closed my hand in a car door, not only did the ring prevent my fingers from getting squished, the ring didn't break. I walked in to Kesslers, they checked it out right away and gave it a good clean to boot. Fast, friendly and trustworthy service. I recommend Kesslers 110%! Thank you Kesslers for taking care of me again!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Their warranty can't be beat. I ended up purchasing a new wedding band on my first trip in after searching around other local jewelers. Kesslers' had a broader selection of rings, at better prices. It was a win win.

Beautiful diamonds and great customer service! Their warranty is great and I love you don't have to have inspections completed on your piece to uphold the warranty. You can take your ring in whenever you want for it to be cleaned, sized, or redipped at no charge. The only drawback is it takes time to get it back from being sized and there is a saleswoman that sizes rings too small (happened to both me and my husband at separate times).
