Awesome staff. Very friendly and professional. I worked with Shay (Shana) who helped me design the perfect earrings for my wife. She assisted me with design, stones, sizes, clasps and they turned out beautifully. Shay did an outstanding job helping me design, then creating the earrings. My wife loved them.  This is a five gold star review for Middleton Jewelers.  Great job!

Thank you so much.  I love my engagement ring.  Being the particular person I am, you went above and beyond my expectations.  The engagement ring and my diamond wedding band is a "wow" factor.  Dan and I will be back for more custom pieces.  All my Illinois friends maybe heading to Middleton...thank you again!!

For our wedding anniversary I wanted to surprise my wife with a larger stone in her ring.  I took it to Middleton Jewelers under the guise of getting a broken prong repaired.  Josh and Manny were really excited and creative in helping me redesign my wife's ring.  After discussing several options, I settled on a design that included all of the original stones, plus two additional stones, and keeping the original look of the ring.  Middleton Jewelers executed the design flawlessly and on time. Manny and Josh are passionate about what they do, and they love to make their customers happy.  I've been to several other area jewelry stores, but none compare to the low pressure, customer focused treatment I receive at Middleton Jewelers.

I grew up in a household that placed great importance on supporting small businesses.  I've lived my life that way and it honestly feels good to know that my purchases are making a difference in the lives of real people in my own community.
Of course, the store has to be deserving of my business, and Middleton Jewelers certainly is. 
There's something to be said for smaller jewelry stores.  Of course they need to be more selective in the merchandise that they carry, which is something I appreciate; more is not better, and in the world of jewelry, I find it helpful to be shown a more carefully selected inventory. And the smaller store by necessity will be especially attentive to the potential customers who stop by, since they don't automatically get the walk-by traffic of the huge shopping-mall jewelers.  
As you'll see in so many of the reviews, you're treated with respect and courtesy from the moment you walk into the store. I'm an "older guy" and the feeling when you shop here is something that used to be more common, but which I have not seen in many years.   Older people reading this comment will know what I mean and I'd encourage younger people to check out Middleton Jewelers and see what I'm talking about. I believe you'll find it refreshing!

I walked into Middleton Jewelers after meeting Manny and Josh at a local event where we had briefly discussed creating a custom ring with Elk Ivory. My husband and I had searched several options and we chose to create a unique piece because we liked the idea of no one else having the same design. I was greeted at the door with smiles and respect and greetings from every employee. Josh and Manny  introduced me to Logan whom I think is the best in town. Together we discussed my design ideas and I walked out of there very excited for the finished piece. The entire staff at Middleton Jewelers is simply amazing and I would not hesitate to bring in an item for repair or create a new custom piece with them again.
