I bought and returned a ring from a large well known area jeweler.   When asked why I told them I'd decided to go to Kevin Kelly.  The sales ladies answer?   "Good choice.  I buy all my own jewelry there".

When folks inside an industry start acknowledging you it's a pretty big compliment.     And by the way,  I know three other families that all swear by them too.  Heck, I just called to leave a voice make checking on a ring at 6:30pm.   That's 1.5  hours after they closed.  Kevin answered and told me to come get it tomorrow.   

And lets not even start about how helpful Melisa is, or her design work.  My goodness!

I feel bad for the USMC guy and his scratch, but I'm pretty sure if Kevin thought he had done it he would have made it right.

Went in the have a brand new engagement ring from another country looked over for a possible main stone reset. A female assistant greeted me kindly then Kevin came out from the back room and just took the ring out of my hand, gave it a quick glance with his loupe and went storming to the back room, saying nothing to me at all. 5-10 minutes later Kevin appears from the back room to tell me the stone looks fine and that it's not worth going through the process of resetting. I get the ring back and after further inspection there are now scratches on the band, as if a gold purity test had been done on band. I ask Kevin how much it will cost to fix your goof. He said he won't help and that he didn't do it. I even offered to pay for his goof! My planned proposal with photographers and huge plans with family is tomorrow. Thanks Kevin!

The best of everything when it comes to design, selection and service. We wouldn't buy jewelry from any other company.

Really enjoy this place. The staff are always so friendly & very helpful. I especially like the special designs they are able to do.
