My husband bought me a beautiful ring last year for Christmas and in the year I've had it the stone has fallen out twice. A few days after I got it I took it in to get it sized. That took a couple weeks the day I got it back we were heading home and the stone fell out. I went back and sent it off and it took 8 weeks to get it gack. When I did get it back I was to scared to wear but I did a few times. Well 4 weeks ago I put it on and surprise surprise the stone fell out again so we took it that day to get it fixed and when I told the employees what happen they basically could care less. I still don't have my ring because they said they were sending it off to there hire up people to fix it and it would take 6-8 weeks. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again. If I could get the money back for all the trouble I've gone through I would.

Worst customer service ever!  I returned an item i bought online which they sell in the store and they sent it off for a refund and it's been two weeks no refund.  No confirmation it was received back.  They were rude and ive been told my refund will be applied by the end of the day for several days.  I'm very unhappy about the lack of knowledge about their own return procedures  y the store and home office!  I was treated rudely since im guessing customer service does not apply when they don't receive a commission on a sale.  I feel sorry for all the customers treated this way since its never an isolated incident when you apply poor customer service.  They are overpriced rude and have not a clue how to return online purchases.  I've never waited this long for a refund period and they refuse to do anything other then falsely reassure me it will be applied end of day so if you read this I would not advise you buy a pricey piece of jewelry from a store that cant do a simple return

Seriously the worst!  Make sure to buy the warranty, although, don't expect that to solve anything.  I bought a white gold necklace and the warranty.  The chain keeps falling apart.  However, the piece is given a warranty as a piece.  So, it is not like a car warranty where you expect tires and brakes to wear out (as a chain would) so they are not included in a warranty.  This warranty is for the piece.  I have to go in and have some work done on the piece because of the issues with the chain every 6-8 months.  If you enjoy spending a significant amount of money on jewelry that you can't wear longer than about 6 months, by all means purchase from them.  Staff are unhelpful in providing a resolution that will work.  So, despite the warranty, I have a piece that I cannot wear.  Very sad and frustrating experience.

The employees at this store are truly remarkable. They took plenty of time with us when we were deciding on a wedding ring. We are in our 60's and needed just a little patience and guidance. We shopped 3 stores that day in the mall and only Rogers and Hollands Jewelers had the right wedding ring for my fiance and wedding band for me.
