I have been banking with Key Bank for years. Any time I've had issues there, I address it with them and they have always taken the time to help me understand and fix it asap. I am impressed with their customer service, they call me by name, and take the time to get to know me and my banking needs. I will continue to bank with them and not because they never make mistakes but because they do the best they can and exceed my expectations time and time again. I trust them with my accounts and will be a long term customer.

I'm not sure how they treat their permanent residents, but they pretty much consider their student customers as irresponsible and a waste of their time. They were very difficult to work with even on a small clerical error of their own doing. So I closed my account (which I should have gotten in writing). However, they did not close it and then charged maintenance fees and then proceeded to report me to the credit bureau. They were rude and refused to remove any fees or correct the credit reporting because I could not show them in writing that they failed to close the account. Customers beware.

Don't know what everyone's problem is but they have done good by me for the last few years and if I have a issue Tami or Dan have been awesome to deal with, plus the other employees at the counter have been outstanding.
