My wife was a victim of fraud and macu says we have to pay them back the full amount that the fraudster stole. We had only 1000 dollars in the account for emergencies and they withdrew that and 5000 in overdraft. Since her father opened the account for her at a young age his name is on it. Now macu are threatening to take the money from my wifes siblings accounts that her father is on. Don't trust this credit union, they are just as bad as the big banks.

Working with the Rexburg Branch has been a nightmare. We financed a car through them, if you enjoy miscommunication and false promises please visit the branch today!

My experience thus far with MACU has been absolutely marvelous. Whenever I walk in, they are all so ready and happy to help with whatever I need. Their services and benefits are outstanding and they provide great learning opportunities for you to better understand what you should do with your finances. When I met with Bryce the other day, he helped me better understand what I should do to better build credit and other things as well. Great Credit Union and great service!

I had a great day when I opened my account I felt like I was at the right place they treat me very well and when money was taken out of my account with out my permission. They had my money back within 24 hours ! I have been so pleased with how the people who work at the Mountain America credit union treat me.

So happy with the services my family and I have received at MACU. From the moment I walked into the door I felt like family. I have been greeted with a smile and by name the 2nd time I came in to do banking after opening an account. My husband and I just recently secured two home loans with MACU and the service has been top-notch. We couldn;t be happy with the bank workers and the services that they offer. I really feel like a valued customer whenever I do any banking. How nice in today's world of banking.
