From the old place they use to be at on the other side of the street the place has improved. The new place seems cleaner and nicer as you would expect a newer built place to be. But still the staff is so so. They seem very pushy and I really did not like this at all. The bathrooms was clean, everything else seem be be good. But just the staff is just not good enough. As I said before just way, way, way to pushy. Hyundai cars have got a lot better looking over the years that is for sure. The cookies at the place was good but I only got one as getting another along with them being so pushy made me feel like I might owe them something so I did not.

Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a new car... Brian Sobel is the ultimate professional who is also equally very personable. Miles Blake and Steve (Chung)? were absolutely the most helpful and accommodating customer service team I have ever encountered. I hope I wasn't too much of a pain in the you know what!!!

Advisor John Shaw is by far one of the BEST! You never feel like you're being taken advantage of when you are dealing with him. He ensures to go over everything with you before and after. Overall great guy who delivers amazing service!

My experience with Keyes was very negative. "Buyer Beware" was never more true. The salespeople schmooze you up, gaining your trust, but then add everything they can to your sales contract that you didn't ask for and quickly say "initial here, initial here". I specifically said I didn't want the $1500 warranty, but they added it anyway and when I complained, they said I had initialed it. I told them if they didn't rescind I would march in front of their establishment saying Keyes unfair to seniors. They changed their mind then. They didn't tell me all the charges that would be added for changing my mind about my car so that I thought it would just be the purchase price of the second car I would be paying for. That plus hundreds of dollars more they didn't tell me about. I could go on and on, but you get the idea.

All these 5 star ratings could be true but I don't believe it. I think it's a bunch of BS. I called to see if I can talk to someone about the cars they are selling but, each time the receptionist transferred my call they all went straight to voice mail. I called at 7pm. I understand I called maybe an hour or half an hour before closing, because hey, everyone needs to go home at some point. But, really two hours before I doubt that. There has to be someone there.
