Wow maybe it's cause we look or young or drove in with a corolla on a Sunday. We were in there for 20 min and no one bothered to help. The guy on the desk sitting next to the door was to interested in his cup noodles to bother helping us.

Thanks to Galyna and Abdul for helping me find a good vehicle that suits my budget. I came in during the night to return my lease and was greatly assisted with great customer service. The team worked late night to make sure I was satisfied. I’m  very happy with my purchase and Clayton is a magnificent leader. He went out his way to make sure my alarm was set up. Everyone in there seems very busy, but Clayton made sure I was well taken care of before leaving the dealer. Thanks to the hard working team of Keyes Toyota for helping me with my purchase.

My second purchase there! I remembered Edward and Alfred and I went to them again when I made my second purchase. First purchase was 2 years ago. I called and asked for Edward, the sales man. He was patient and really took the time to show me what I wanted. We test drove 2 cars. It was raining and he held an umbrella out for me even! After I picked my car, Alfred, the manager, came in to meet with me and we discussed payments and plans. He really made me feel heard and took the time to formulate the payment plan to meet my budget. I left the lot with my new car full of gas and freshly cleaned. Edward even took the time to connect my phone to my car and show me how the navigation worked before I left. What service! I was so impressed the first time, I remembered to ask for them the 2nd time. Thrilled with my purchase and service!

I came into Keyes to buy or lease a Corolla and met with a Salesman named Tony for a test drive. Tony was very accommodating and easy to chat with, never pushy and made me feel very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about all of Toyota’s models and pricing and patiently answered all of my questions. I decided I wanted to try the Camry instead and fell in love with it after driving it a block and decided to lease it. While I was waiting to finalize the details I was able to go to the lobby to grab a water and banana, but they also had gourmet coffee, freshly baked cookies, apples etc. Satiated customers are happy customers, at least I was. I didn’t wait long before Tony sent me to see Wolfgang, the finance rep who handled our lease agreement. He’s the blue eyed Brazilian who made the monotonous part of buying a car kind of fun and his years of experience helped speed up the process.  When we were done, Wolfgang sent me back to Tony to finally get my car! Tony explained all of the features of the car and even got my phone hooked up before I left. Best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with, fastest finance rep I’ve ever dealt with. Love my car and I’m very happy with the whole experience!

Brian was great from beginning to end. He originally helped us over the phone we made an appointment for he next day. When we arrived the following day he had all the info we had requested over the phone and answered all other questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.
