Everyone at the dealership we're top notch. First my first contact via email (Dustin) and handling the negotiation via email to walking on to the floor and confirming our negotiation, to then working with your finance manager (Justin), was quick and did a great job answering any questions I had. ALSO I gotta gave mad props to your sales person, he went above and beyond to help deliver the vehicle and follow me back to my home. Which on a Friday Night from Van Nuys was about 2 1/2 hours travel time to my home and probably another 2 hours for him to get back. As a new kid in the car business he is off to a good start understanding what service is about. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.... Definitely will reach out when it's time to buy a Hell Cat!!!

WALKED IN NOT KNOWING IF I WERE TO BE ABLE TO GET A JEEP, BUT SELLS MAN TYLER PRICE MADE IT POSSIBLE! VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL STAFF. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE SELLING, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THEIR PRODUCT. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW CAR.!!

AMAZING!!! This was the best experience I've had at a car dealership. I drove off in a new 2018 Jeep Compass. The energy and vibe here is very welcoming and comfortable. There was no pressure and everyone is helpful. I worked with Christian who is very down to earth and answered any question I had (and I had tons lol). Mirna is like a guardian car angel who will go to the ends of the earth to make sure you are well taken care of and drive off the lot in a car. They are both exceptional employees with awesome customer service. I'm a walking testimony that not all car dealerships are just where you go to buy a car. Russell Westbrook's dealership is the best and they make you feel like family! If you want a car, go to them. I can testify that they will do everything they can to ensure you leave happy . THANK YOU ALL! You've made my 2018 :)

Really bad experience. I came to buy a car i wanted. they promised they are doing inspections to the car every ones in a while. i bought the car and went to do inspection to it. the car was in a really bad condition with the cheapest tires you can find on the market today. on top of that. I've been waiting for them to refund me over a week and a half now but they gave me the excuse of " our people are very busy" ( when i paid in cash!!!!! ) , and i already returned the car the day after the purchase!!! do not trust them. ( still waiting for my money BTW )
