Showroom staff came off as snooty, so we bought from a different location.
Tune up service department is mostly friendly though.
Wait times have been many hours longer than other places, even with an appointment.
Only going here for locational convenience for maintenance.

Peter was fantastic. Called me by name, welcomed my wife and I when we arrived and gave us an approximate time that our car would be ready.  Offered us a ride instead of waiting. Driver took us to a friends home about 2 miles away. Called me when the car was ready and had the driver pick us up. Very fine, caring service. Thank you.

I leased a 2018 Subaru Outback pretty much full loaded, and I purchased the car with the expectation that I was getting a working navigation system, which I rely on when driving.  I have used a navigation system for several years in other cars and am dependent on it for getting me in and out of areas that I travel to.  The navigation system and phone system in my new 2018 Subaru do not work.  I have been back to the dealership on several occasions for these issues.  To cut to the chase, they are aware of the issue, not only in my car but, apparently, in all 2018 Subarus, and they don’t expect an update to fix the system until “sometime” in 2019.  The dealership and Subaru of American are not willing to do anything to fix the issue, including any compensation to us.  We are paying on a car that was a bait and switch.  We purchased a car with a navigation system that we were under the impression was working correctly when they knew that it did not.  Shame on Casa Automotive Group, owners of Casa de Cadillac, Buick GMC Sherman Oaks and Subaru Sherman Oaks, for not willing to work with us on a compromise to resolve the situation, and shame on Subaru of America for knowingly to continue to sell cars that are defective.  Although it is not an apparent safety issue on a grand scale, it could be.  Taking me into undesirable areas in places I don’t know and having a cell phone that doesn’t work with the car’s phone system can be considered a safety issue, especially since California requires cell phone use to be hands free. So using a mapping application on my phone is not only unlawful, it is unsafe.  I am an adult, but if a 17 year old girl got turned around in an area that she might not want to be in and got out of her car at 11 PM at night …well, you get the picture.  I urge anyone reading this to not purchase a car from Casa de Cadillac, Buick GMC Sherman Oaks or Subaru Sherman Oaks due to the fact that the owners are not willing to stand behind their products or do anything about a problem that may arise.  They have horrendous customer service, as does Subaru of America.  I will be sure not to purchase any products from them in the future.  Just as a side note, my parents (my mom turns 95 in a week) purchased all their cars from Casa de Cadillac.  I assure you those days are over.  I grew up in Encino and still and still live there.  It’s a shame that this is what happens to landmarks.  New owners and management take over and everything changes.

My unscheduled service was handled with courtesy and prompt attention.  I enjoyed the comfortable lounge and was surprised how quickly they were able to complete the routine services.  They reviewed the overall findings to assure me all was well.

A big shout out to the service department at Subaru of Sherman Oaks. You made my rescue bulldog Bruno feel welcome!!! They even asked about him when I came to get the car.
Such a better experience than with Subaru Pacific. 
They made me and my boy feel like we were more than just a number. Car was washed (subaru pacific didn't do that), dog hair vacuumed (yay) even nose prints were cleaned off!! 
You people are great! I will be back!!
