The Copperas Cove McDonald's has always had fast, friendly service for the past 15 years that I've been here.   Even during lunch and the dinner rushes their service times are still very good.  And when we fall on hard times their value menu and dollar drinks make it easier to get something to eat.  So, kudos to you Cove McD for being the best you, you could be

Only two people were in line, myself and another lady and there were two cashier's. The one named Justin was helping the other lady but the guy with no name tag decided instead of taking my order with me standing right in front of him at the counter, to flirt with the other lady. Then no name tag guy gave me a sorry excuse of a milkshake and forgot my apple pie. Had to ask a different worker to give me my order. Will not stop here again anytime soon.

Most days are a hit or miss. The norbibgs are pretty good and almost guaranteed to get every correct and quickly. The later it gets the more incompetent they get. Also their dollar menu gets smaller and smaller every month with is almost the whole reason to go to McDonalds over somewhere else

The food was good as usual. During certain times, it can be busy going through the drive-thru.

we asked for 3 fresh cookies about 4 mins later we inquired and they said they just dropped them, the greeting while we stood at the counter and waited to order was non existent. overall the service was horrible
