I’ve never ate Panda Express so any of my criticism goes directly towards the chain restaurant itself. Nothing to do with the location or customer service. I would like better options as far as choosing whether or not I want vegetables in my noodles or rice. The food was actually pretty good minus the egg roll, it just wasn’t my favorite. I wouldn’t go out of my way coming here unless I was craving the walnut shrimp or another choice of meat you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Because they don’t serve general tsos nor sweet and sour, I would rather go to Hibachi Express. A whole better experience and never disappointed. Panda Express itself could use some improvements. I would like to think customers would want sauce packets in their bags as well. I didn’t see Panda Express having much to offer on that end. I also think the appetizers are overpriced. But I give this place a 3.5 star because the food was pretty good. If you’re familiar with Panda Express and you like Panda Express then you shouldn’t have any issues with this location aside from having a poor customer service experience.

Great food and excellent customer service. The managers know how to hire because everyone at the drive thru has always been polite and professional.  Taco bell should recruit more like that..

I went here on Sunday before Halloween to get some Sesame chicken. While in the drive thru the lady said it would be about 5-10 minutes because they were cooking it. When I got up to pay the chicken was ready immediately but I didn’t question it. I went home watched the Bears vs Cowboys and devoured the Chicken around 2:30. Around 7:30 I started throwing up for about 3 hours and was then taken to the emergency room where I was given 2 IVs. This is my last experience at Panda. Not only is there now a chipotle right next store, but Panda provided me with the worst food poisoning of my entire life.

Food was nasty! I don't generally complain but that had to be the worst chow mein I have ever had. I would give it no stars if I could still leave a review. Ragoons were not good at all and had a bad taste. Sweet tea tasted old.

Good experience here! The food was great, everything was clean especially since the place was new, and the staff was courteous. Nothing really sets it apart from your average Panda experience, but then that's kind of the point of chains. Same well-priced, medium-quality Asian cuisine you get at most any Panda. Worth going!

This location is always good, the manager takes care of business the one off star is cause they need to be on top of cleaning the tables. Good job Milledgeville Panda express !

The staff doesn't pay attention to customers or care about them and when you order in dine in or drive thru they have the worst attitude someone could have, and is so bad that with such good food they have bad service.Food: 4/5

Great food and very great customer service. They had all their options available even thought there was less than an hour until they closed. The only downside is the lines are INCREDIBLY long.

The lines are always long, and you may be sitting there a while during busy hours, BUT the food is so worth it, and I've always had friendly service

Been a loyal customer for a few years, went to our local Panda and ordered a bowl. Well they’ve started doing the sauce in packages and it’s not enough so I asked for 8 terryaki sauce and said I would be happy to pay, the young lady said I can give you a couple and you can buy sauce. Goodbye Panda Express
