The drive through system.was out of order so I had to go in to order. No problem. They gave us a couple cookies instead of the sodas per our request...my problem is with the tiny portions. Everything is smaller except for the price, which has increased. The breasts are half the normal size and the drumstick looked like a chicken wing size i stead of a regular drumstick. Wth KFC? I won't be back. $18 for this?

Ordered my food online and went to pick it up in store and the place was absolutely filthy and disgusting they had trash and food  piled up everywhere. there were bugs all over the soda machine. I left and decide to throw the food away because i was so grossed out and didn’t want to get sick from eating it.

Very disappointed today. This place was very filthy trash everywhere and the tables all of them dirty. My husband tell them about it they said in a minute they would send someone to clean but never happened. We stay for over a half hour no one clean.

Kentucky fried Chicken used to be a great place to get food. It is no longer to me. It is overpriced and the staff is not too helpful. Not too nice. I went through the drive-thru took a very long time. They made us park our car. They told us 20 minute wait and by the time we got our food it was not exactly hotFood: 2/5

I can't believe that I paid $20.41 for 7 pieces of chicken, it was an 8 pcs and they only gave us 7 pieces and half of it where small size that I thought they were all wings... I haven't been to a KFC over a decade and I will not be in another as long I can help it.. Definitely will not recommend...Food: 1/5

Last time ordering from this place, 30 dollars later and I have old chicken, missing items in my bag. 30 dollars for this tiny old chicken wing

Once in awhile I come here for some food for to go, as far as food goes, I have never complained. It just as good as it gets. Location itself I would consider pretty dirty. Some wiped tables were just as dirty as the ones that haven’t been cleaned. Their soda also tastes odd.

No one working all the workers just playing around and using derogatory language that is not appropriate for the work environment not to mention with small children in the vicinity as well and no workers seem to have the orders out in a timely manner

Love the food but poor customer service. While placing the order every time I  ordered something he would say "that's it?" instead of anything else. If he does not want to work then go home. Unbelievable

Best KFC in Kissimmee. Friendly staff. Quick services. Love the crispy chicken . Delicious
