My Mexican Pizza was made wrong. Missing ingredients. Got home and my Doritos Locos were dead cold. Not pleased at all.
I don’t typically write reviews, but I thought I’d share my experience since most reviews were poor. I went tonight at around 7:30 pm and everything was exceptional. The line moved at a fair speed and, most importantly, my food was fresh and accurate. I was scared because of the reviews I read, but my food was great and even though I made several modifications to my items in the app, my order was still correct. Just sayin… they may have gotten their ish together so don’t be scared to go here. You may be surprised
Went through the drive through today at 3:29pm and the gentleman who took our order / worked the window was super nice. Thank you for having such good customer service, it really makes people’s day!
After work I went to this,store at 10:30 pm....they are open until 3am...as 3 employees sat in the diningvroom refusing to take orders!!! Funny because 5 days,ago only 2 people were working & EVERYTHING was just fine!! So you have a very lazy staff that if worked for me would NIT HAVE JOBS.....NEVER IGNORE GUESTS...YES I'm in the business for,45 years this is HOW NOT TO RUN A STORE 101!!!
After waiting for 30 minutes in the parking lot for them to open, the manager arrives and says she can't open due to no one showing up for work and that they would open later in the day. Waste of time.
Very bad experience we order 3 soft taco supreme got home the paper was stuck to the soft taco the meat was cold and the whole taco fell apart it felt like i had scramble eggs on paper. when back mind you 3 manager on duty 5 employee no line and this is how they served soft taco either they retrain the staff or get new management.will never go to that taco place again. Taco Bell on 192 in Kissimmee...
I love taco bell but this location just doesn't ever get anything I order correct. I always ubereats for work because I can't step out to get food but if its not the drink missing its the wrong food. AND THEY NEVER EVER SEND THE SAUCE! I've had practically every order I've gotten partially refunded because of errors. Just look at this my most recent order I asked for no tomatoes or sour cream due to allergies. They instead removed the beans. I had to throw away my whole order and order from somewhere else.
This location has always been just good. The food is always great tho. Not the works fault to much. Seems to be this is more a drive thru locationFood: 5/5
Food is always freshly made to order. Service is fast and friendly. Restaurant is clean inside and out. The staff uses contactless service. Great deals to feed a family or to just grab a quick bite.
I just order from there and got back to work to eat. My taco shells are stale with such a horrible taste omg I tried calling and no one answers Obviously I can't leave work again to get more Never again Please do not serve those shells to anyone. It has a mold taste.
