Wow, I couldn’t believe I couldn’t make 3 separate orders through the drive through. So I had to get out of the line. I walked in side and with my oder I ask for a large fries. When I arrived back to my off, I opened my bag and my fries wasn’t filled up. I did ate 2 fries before taking the photo. Crazy… Very disappointed here and this isn’t the first time this happened.

Went at 4:50 am for some breakfast since I work overnight took 20 minutes to take my order and I was the only one there! Is always like this but today was way longer!  I go in because I am hungry and need something quick to support me until I get home. This employees be playing and ignoring customers!!!!!!!

They have gotten so much better!!! I had stopped going to this location because they took a long time taking and serving the orders through the drive thru. I was really amazed by the improvement in work flow. I had enough time to get my food and make it to work on time since I only have half hour for lunch.

I waited 17 minutes for someone to come on the speaker with only 3 cars waiting in the drive through, only to find out they were “out” of everything.  If you want your customers to go somewhere else, just say so. Don’t put your laziness at the expense of innocent people.

They offer a free Apple pie if they don’t ask you for rewards code, well they didn’t ask me and at the window they told me they don’t do it anymore. Almost forgot… waited over 10 minutes at curbside pick up for large fries. Keep it up!!!

Service was not too bad and slow compared to other McDonald's stores.. But an almost empty large fries really bothered me...

I was in the area to have some medical imaging done. We found this McDonald's, a modern fast food restaurant. When enter I saw these big screens so you could place your order and sit, someone will come over to you with what you have order.  We were kind of lost, but a friendly employee notice our confusion so she helped us out.  I really want to congratulate this McDonald's  place. For their kind and excellent service. You will love to visit.

Very clean store!! I even spoke to 1 of the managers to tell her that the entire store looked GREAT!! Very clean @dining areas & @the back, where food was being prepared!! And, it looked Very well organized too!! I will definitely go there again!!!

If I was able to give them -0 I would but won’t allow me to. The worst customer service ever!  To have the audacity to speak about the customer among each other because your team did not complete the order correctly. Thank you for this experience and to know to never step foot here again.

Like Most McDonald's, It's usually Always Busy. Especially during certain times, Like Breakfast And Lunch. But This Particular Location The Drive-Thru Can Get Crazy! Thank Goodness It's Has Two Lanes So They Can Get The Orders Taken Faster. Otherwise There Would Be Customer's In Their Vehicles Lined Up On The Highway Waiting To Place Their Order. I Guess People Are Too Lazy To Go Inside To Order. Because It Seems Like It Would Be Much Faster Because The Inside Is Always Pretty Empty.
