This restaurant is improving each day. They are getting faster and the food is getting better. The place is much nicer. And the restrooms are cleaner
This is a place that does not meet the standards of the Burger King company, I am totally disappointed in how they take care of the customer, and the way they handle food that is totally unhealthy for anyone who wants to eat or taste a hamburger. My experience was not very good, I had not eaten at Burger King for a long time and I wanted to stop at this restaurant to eat a Whopper, my surprise was at the first bite I saw something black, and when I looked I was surprised, it bothered me, it disgusted me what I saw? There was a fly in my burger! I hope the health department takes action against this place. This is nasty unacceptable.
Horrible I also did not receive my drink after speaking on the phone with a lady from here to tell her what I wanted because they were out of Dr. Pepper Below is exactly how my burger was wrapped also my nuggets were horrible and cold This place will soon be shut down. I will definitely be calling the county and have them investigate this place This is sickening
They had, nothing. Selling meals without half of the ingredients or items. Sodas if any available at the time were flat. MOD of the day Jonathan was rude with every customer that came to him with a complaint. If you don't have all the ingredients for a burger, DON'T sell it. That's false advertisement. Managers should treat their customers better. I'm not saying customers are always right, cause we are not sometimes. But a Manager should always maintain composure and respect for his customers. That, is Customer Service.
New GM just started today, so things were a little frenzied and some stuff not available, but... They were pleasant, and the food was perfect. Only 2 things I'd say is it took a while for someone to take our order. They were way understaffed, and the bathrooms were locked, so you couldn't use them. I'm sure those are both things the new manager is working on.
Everytime I come here I always have to wait a lot longer than I should I went there one morning a poor young manager was working all by himself the front counter the drive-through and he was getting food for everybody totally not fair Corporation is cutting corners and paying this young man a tiny bit extra so they don't hire two new people Shame Shame Shame. Not to mention the food was old cold and barely eatable
Went to Burger King and ordered an oreo milkshake and what I received was crumbled oreos in the bottom of the cup with milk poured on top. It was horrible! Don't know what happened today because they used to be very good. I won't order that again
I ordered 2 triple Whopper burgers with cheese that was supposed to be delivered by doordash and got to plain whoppers... I had to drive there personally, waste my time and gas and give the doordash driver a tip. Then I told them that for my troubles that I wanted 3 triple whoppers they did so but they didn't add the cheese. WOW!! The employees at this location is a bunch of inept and moronic group!! And judging from the reviews that I've now read I see that I'm not the only one who has mentioned it!!
I was on my lunch time and I went in side to ordered cause I was craving BK , mind you I was the only one online, the were 2 employees working on drive through and no notice me there, there was an older Spanish guy that saw me on li e and it didn’t even bother to say I’ll be with you shortly or anything after 5 minutes standing there still no service, no eye contact no nothing. I walk out and wen to somewhere else , would never visit that BK agai
Staff was very immature and my food was not hot and I paid for an order of onion rings and they gave me 6 onion rings yes I said 6. Staff was very young and childish. Won't be going there ever again.Food: 1/5
