The chicken was a little dry like it had been overcooked. I had a hard time understanding the order taker. We didn't go in but the person at the window seemed a bit in a hurry regardless of the fact there was no one behind us.Food: 4/5

Ah, dang, the chicken is usually so good! I sometimes get a 9 pc bucket of dark meat deal on Fridays after work, and it was always amazing and fresh until today. Dry and nasty, all of it. Maybe it was about to expire. Now I'm torn about getting it anymore. Maybe these are roosters to conserve egg layers?

We got home, put the chicken on a plate, and on the bottom of the bucket there was already eaten food, chicken that had been eaten, and bones. The most disgusting thing i have ever seen. You hate your job that much you would serve a customer someone elses food? Tried to call them, they won't answer. The place was dead empty too.

It was bad, dry small pieces. I orderd 5 pc chicken tenders. Got told i have to wait 7min because the chicken was frozen. I was fine with that. Biscuit no butter. Should have gone to Arby's or Jack in the box.

Chicken tenders were dry and tough but all the sides were good. The chicken sandwich was very good though.Food: 3/5

The food was okay but not the KFC that I remember. I had my order delivered by Door Dash. I asked to have it handed to me but they didn't even ring my door bell. Left it outside where I could not reach it. I am handicapped VERY UPSET!!

For some reason this KFC always makes you wait before you can place your order. Tonight it was changing the till. I wasn't told this until I was already waiting for almost ten minutes and I asked if they could tell me how long it was going to be. Horrible customer service. The guy apologized for the wait, but ten freaking minutes!! They should have offered a free drink at the least or a free side. Nope just "be with you in one minute" and then ten minutes of waiting. If this was a one off you wouldn't be reading this. This was a five star review a year ago, but I changed it today because it's happened too many times.

Yummy original chicken recipe.  Super soft and the patatoes were delicious too! Biscuit was a little dry but otherwise also good.  I also really liked that they had raspberry tea brisk on tap!

Sux cause they were nice  but yeah got food poisoning  ordered the spicy Mac N cheese bowl combo, chicken sandwich with a lemonade…….
