First time at any Shake Shack. Very clean and nice location. Very modern with interior with ordering pads. Staff was nice and friendly. To add to their friendliness this place has water bowls for pets which make this place a pet friendly environment! The food was fresh and tasty. The burger was a little over cooked as you can see in the pics but still very good. I liked the crinkle fry’s. I recommend this place.

Burger are great and tasty and consistent. They had fries with cheese and spices which was very good but unfortunately they removed that from their menu. Its always very busy and you need to wait for long time for the foods to get ready but it worth waiting. Small tip is good since its more like a fast food restaurant and you will take care of most of the things by your own.

The burgers are good but small. Fresh soft bun and fresh toppings. The fries were ok, just like any other fries you can buy at the market. They definitely need some seasoning to add a little flavor. The chocolate shake was the best part. Not too runny and not to thick. Great flavor! Plenty of outside seating for when the weather is warmer and not raining. Inside seating is good and overall clean.

Shake shack burgers are pretty good. They might not look huge but they are filling and tasty for fast food. The smoke shack comes with bacon but I kinda wish it also cane with lettuce and tomato.  The chicken shack was a bit too thick in some bites but I liked the pickles.  My one big complaint was that they ran out of cheese sauce for their crinkle cut fries. It wasn't even late in the day... How do you run out of cheese sauce? That's like the thing that you're kinda famous for.

The burger was amazing, all fresh ingredients made it incredibly delicious! Best burger ever! Cheesy fries with bacon on top tasted fabulous! The custard was so creamy and yummy! And the chocolate milkshake was probably the best I’ve ever had, it was rich and oh so creamy and easy to suck up thru the straw! Best milkshake hands down, it was fantastic!!! It is a must to stop by and have a go at a lil bit of everything. Highly recommend!

I love their buns.  5 star rating is relative to Shake Shack being a fast food joint.  Their staff was pretty efficient at processing all of the orders.  It was packed and there was a line but we were able to easily get a seat and served quickly.Food: 5/5

Me and the wife went to shake shack today. We ordered two burgers mine I added bacon she wanted jalapeños but they do not have any. We just got the shack burger which was a simple cheeseburger with there signature shack sauce. We also got a regular fry and a cookies and cream shake which was the absolutely signature of the meal. Overall everything was going good the only problem I had was if you take your order to go they text you when it’s ready and place it on the shelf when we got our text our food was ready we went to the shelf not finding our name we asked one of the workers and it turned out someone took our food. I find it very strange that someone would take our food but that’s how there set up was they re made our food and apologized for the wait but if I was in a hurry I think I would a fuss about it a little more just do to the fact there like oh yea looks like someone took your food your gonna just gonna have to wait. Like there was no like oh yea let’s give you this or give you your money back I feel like in reality anyone can just walk up to that shelf and take whatever they want. You will understand if it happened to you. Definitely will go back for the shakes though.

First time I ever ate at a Shake Shack. I don't eat red meat so I never tried. A friend wanted food and we stopped here. I found a mushroom burger on the menu and it turned out to be delicious. It was small but good. The spicy fries were ok. The powder was just on top. The chocolate pie shake was very tasty and perfect after the fries. The to go order took awhile to get. I guess there were a lot of call in orders ahead of us walking in.

M'eh...More like 2.5 stars. While the chicken sandwich was good, the bourbon BBQ burger was quite disappointing both in flavor and execution; and the fries were barely warm, including the second serving we exchanged for the lukewarm first round. I can see why there is no longer a line around the building to get into the Shake Shack. Definitely not worth the wait.  Features: They have clear plastic dividers between the booth seating and a hand sanitizer dispenser at the trash station.

For a fast food burger, it wasn't bad. A little too salty but the bun was surprisingly good. Chewy and tasted good. The chocolate churro milkshake was freaking legit. Don't die without trying one.
