The on shift manager was too preoccupied to hear my complete order. When my name was called and i mentioned that there was food missing, i was told that i didny order those items. After a few back and forth exchanges of "Yes I did" "No you didn't " he said he could ring me up for the additional items. I said no thanks and left. I was trying to be polite because i had my daughter with me.

Usually love Taco Bell , my only " fast food " restaurant I go to but during my lunch ( 30 min ) , they took my order and completely forgot about it once I approached they made it seem as if it was my fault asking where my receipt was , I never save my fast food receipts and she didn't hand it to me. Once I asked for a refund she gave me the money and didn't even apologize . They asked for my receipt as if I was making it up for free food .

The woman behind the counter was in all seriousness the BEST BEST BEST fast food server I've ever dealt with. She was so attentive, she might have been the manager. Honestly if she was a food server at a sit down restaurant she would make a killing. I'd probably tip her 25%.

They got my order wrong and then I found a tag in my burrito. Gross!!
