I have to say its been some trouble in the past that stopped me from visting this kfc but i have to say my cashier ashley really was friendly and got my food fast it was fresh and good i think i may just return seems like some changes been made

First of all I understand it warm outside but the air conditioning was on Sub Zero, it probably wouldn't have been that bad if we didn't have to wait almost a half an hour for a 16-piece meal special. the cook Tone would not comply with his co-workers as far as frying the chicken consisten and timely matter. Most of the customers were getting restless asking for their money back.

HORRIBLE!!! They didn't have any crispy chicken made, no pit pies made, and mo biscuits. Then they lied and said it would be done in 5 mins and it took 20 mins. They were supposed to bring the food to my car but I still had to go in to get my food. And this was at 4:30pm on a Sunday. I will never go back to this location. I would give them zero stars if this site allowed me to.

There was no since of urgency, attitudes where stank and you never have any chicken and it's going to take 35-40 min. Every time. Either fire everybody in there and get a crew who's going to work and not just standing around tryin to be cute and talking like a street thot. Hate to bring down my people, my race but y'all don't know when u got something good, know they bring in that all white staff of employees who gone work and my black Brothas and sistas y'all gone be mad y'all can't get that position, it's cause you did it to yourself, stank attitudes at the counter, you come to look good and weaved all up STOP IT.... I say just close the doors like the rest of the KFC'S..
