Poor customer service. I pulled into the side drive through to place my order. There were no cars in the parking lot, besides the delivery vehicle. I ordered one sandwich with no mayo and another with the tomato and lettuce on the side. First, the young man stated that they didn’t have anything to put the tomato and lettuce in. I asked if he could wrap it in paper (like the sandwhich and pickles). He flattly responded no. I decided to take my business elsewhere, but called JJ’s customer service. The rep was not interested in my perception of the type of “service” that I received. She indicated that if the store is slow or busy they can’t accommodate my request to have something placed on the side. To which I responded, that doesn’t make sense. For one, I’ve already paid for said condiments and, secondly, the store was EMPTY. Why not try to accommodate the customer or, at least, indicate that’s not usually something that they do but they will as a one time courtesy. This would have endeared me as a customer rather than turned me off. As I explained to the young lady (customer rep), there are too many other eateries in the area for me to eat at to risk losing business- unless of course, business is booming and they don’t need good customer interactions. I traveled just down the road where I experienced great customer service and a sandwhiches made to order. Thanks Harvard Park Panera Bread!

Fast good food but employees are young and rude

It took 45 minutes to get our food from less than a mile away. We ordered at 2 pm.When it did arrive, three out of four of the sandwiches were messed up. The tuna sandwich had NO meat on it. Just lettuce and cucumbers.

Ordered tuna on wheat and you'd think it would be a sub. Wrong it was wheat bread the plain stuff from a bag that can be bought for less then the sandwich with a can itself. Overpriced and not straight forward on what the sandwiches consist of.
