Always a clean and comfortable environment. Service has always been quick and pleasant. I love the quality of the food served at Panera Bread. My only complaint is that there is not a huge variety for vegetarians or vegans. I found the broccoli and cheddar soup is made with chicken broth which is very disappointing. Highly recommend the black bean soup but that's not available daily either.

Very cozy and nice. They keep on changing the menu, Unfortunately, simplifying things and discontinuing the best items. I wish they kept more seafood quick bite items. They used to have shrimp avocado sandwich, which was delicious. I hope Panera Bread reads the reviews and follows consumers requests.

Eaten here every weekend, for the last 6 weeks while working in OH and always order a salad. Each visit is a surprise, as the salads can be ok to stale with an avocado that is brown and has the sku tag still on it. Manager could care less. When traveling I always look for a Panera....but they are only as good as the manager. .
