When I usually go to Zoup I always order the "Lobster Bisque" my favorite meal from the menu. The soup has a thick and somewhat spicy taste to it. But on this day I ordered the bisque with my wife it was horrible. It was very watered down with a greasy or oily like taste to it no hint of spice. I also felt like this slimy,  mushy like substance while eating the bisque and it wasn't the Lobster. May it had been because it was at the end of the day and they were closing in a half an hour, still no reason. This moment has ruined my taste for lobster bisque.

No longer servers Sour Bread. I did not realize how important the Sour Dough Bread was to the taste until I went without it... Didn't really enjoy the food without it.  I guess I will save a lot of money on on overpriced soup and sandwiches now that I will not be eating here.

Enjoyed the service. Food was good. (Seafood ettoufee!!!) The ladies were kind and very helpful to my family. The music was a little loud. That's my only complaint.

Best customer service fast food has to offer!
The soups and sandwhiches are great.
P.s. make burger cheese burger an everyday soup! Ha. Again, all of the soups are great.
