Since switching to Kiddie from my old daycare I've had nothing but great interactions with everyone. It's the perfect place for my son. He has grown a lot since coming to the school and they do lots of great activities for both parent and child.

We went to go for a tour that we had scheduled. After arriving ten minutes early we were allowed into the school by a staff member who was also entering the building. She never asked who we were or anything. We then waited for ten minutes in the lobby because no one was there. There was no receptionist, just an empty desk. Three staff members passed us by while holding their lunches, but didn't stop to ask if we needed help or who we were or even why we were there. We didn't even go on the tour but decided to leave after being ignored. As we exited the building a staff member finally came out and followed us to our car asking why we were there. About an hour later I received a call stating that the majority of the staff were in a meeting and that no one alerted the supervisor that we had arrived. I can understand being busy but to not have anyone at the receptionist's desk is alarming. What if we needed to call to notify them about an emergency? What if I needed to check on my child? Also, why did three staff members walk past strangers without a word? Not even a simple greeting was given. Anyone could have gone to the receptionist's desk and tried to find information, walked around the facility. Finally, while I can understand staff being in a meeting I saw several eating lunch, some were eating in the room with the children. It seemed unprofessional and a bit disorganized.

I’ve worked in Daycares half my life and I can honestly tell you coming from a mother of 4 that this place is great! The hardest thing to do is leave your kids all day but when you know that there so happy and well taken care of and have amazing teachers it just the best feeling not having to worry!!! My 3 year old and 1 year old have been going here the past 6 months and I am so extremely happy with this place and so are my kids!!!! You know it’s a great place when your kids don’t even want to come home with you when you go to pick them up!! Lol I would highly recommend Kiddie Academy to all parents!

I like Kiddie Academy beacause it’s very clean, teachers and staff are nice, I am able to see my daughter from work via the Watch Me Grow app, three meals a day are included in tuition, and last but not least: my daughter is learning a lot!

I can't even describe how amazing this place & all their staff is. Trusting them with my 1st baby was difficult but they made it so easy. All the staff I've come into contact with are amazing! I feel so comfortable leaving my baby here. And he LOVES it too. He's always so happy when I pick him up. His teachers are affectionate, playful & they go way beyond just "watching" the babies. They do arts & crafts, they sing, they go outside to play. Any time I call or email I get a prompt, very friendly response. My son has been here for 5 months & I can honestly say I haven't had one concern. Trusting someone with your child is the most important feeling and I without a doubt trust Kiddie Academy with my son. I'm so grateful I don't ever have to worry about him when I drop him off.
