Such a TERRIBLE costume experience at the financial office. The lady gives attitude and a strange feeling like she is the college owner, after all the should remember that they are getting paid for "HELP OTHERS". One advise? Work in costumer experience. students need to be MOTIVATED not YELLED because you decided to do a payment in person rather than online. Work on it. I would give a star to this front office.
