Walk in & you do not get greeted by anyone. Bunch of students hanging out! This is not how an establishment should be ran & especially not one that i am considering spending my money at for education. Had a 6:30 tour with douglas i am 10 minutes early but this isn’t acceptable. Completely unprofessional! Highly disappointed.

I am current student teacher and I am trying to transfer or cancel the remaining portion of my student loan, I am a evening student and I have not learned anything. I am disappointed in choosing this school. I came here to learn not be entertained to continue attending. My last straw is when my lifeline of keys came up missing in their facility, point is I am just overall discussed and should have went to empire beauty school to advance my care, just unprofessional, my professional opinonmy they are just there for a pay check.

They are really good at doing hair but what's the point of having a number to set an appointment if they NEVER pick up and when you click the number for the parties extension they speak very low so you can't Harley hear them. That doesn't make any sense. They get angry when you go into their place without an appointment but they don't pick the phone up so you can't make one.

This place is horrible. The students have no pride in their work. I got my hair relaxed and the woman made my hair so matted I had to cut my hair. No one has a wide tooth comb so all the students use fine tooth combs to comb through wet hair from root to tip and rip out globs of my hair. I kept giving this place a chance because I couldn't believe anyone could be that bad at such a simple thing as a relaxer but every student is. I would never tell anyone to go there unless they wanted to be forced to cut their hair off in the end.

learn. have fun. graduate. get licensed. get a job. that is the goal of robert fiance school system. everything else you gain along the way such as the friends you make, the people you meet, the clients you service and the experience you will never forget are all just a bonus. go check this campus out they have been around forever. you cant be successful for 50 something years without doing something right. free parking lot across the street. brand new barber program the work they are producing will blow your mind. good luck
