We recently had cause to deal with the owner of this branch of Windermere real estate after having a snafu with one of the real estate agents.  After dealing with the shock of showing up at closing with an entirely incorrect assumption of what was going to happen, I called Joe to speak with him and see what he could do for me.

I called during the day and spoke to the receptionist who was very polite and forwarded me to Joe, the owner without any excessive questions. 

Joe picked up, listened attentively to my issue, and assured me that he would speak with the realtor to figure out what went wrong.

I called back later for a follow-up, to see what had happened, and once again was met with courtesy, attentiveness and honesty. he had sat down with the Realtor, and got to the bottom of the issue, which ended up being that the realtor failed to communicate with me the differences in our initial plan and the changes leading up to closing.

After speaking with the realtor again, i spoke with Joe to let him know what my impression was, and even after pestering him all day with the same issue, he was STILL courteous and willing to listen and help. 

In the end, through Joe, i learned a lot about how real estate works, what the agents are supposed to do, and he helped me understand what to expect the next time we deal with buying or selling a home.  He did not have any recourse to rectify my situation, but i left feeling as though is he could have, he would have. 

TL:DR, Joe at this Windermere office has a great staff, and a dedication to ensuring customer needs are addressed. He also works to develop the realtors who work in the office to make sure that they are capable of helping customers.  I would recommend this office to a friend.

I've been a realtor with Windermere City Group for almost 5 years now.  The central location of our office allows us to easily assist clients in any part of Spokane County.  We are a close knit group of professional agents that genuinely care about our clients and help each other as much as possible.

I have to say that Randy Wells is one of the most professional, hard working, Knowledgeable realtors that I have ever met.  I was referred to Randy by a Co-worker that used him on two different occasions and had nothing but excellent reviews.  I am not the type of person to sit down and write a comment but for the service that my wife and I have experienced through Randy it is the least that I can do.  During our time house hunting my wife and I had so much fun "BECOMING EXPERTS IN OUR PRICE RANGE" looking at new, old ,small and large houses finally buying the house that was perfect for us.  During our search I found a house online that I wanted to see and my wife and I fell in love with it instantly to the point we wanted to make a offer.  Randy saved us by pointing out certain flaws with the house that could have turned into a money pit possibly saving us a large amount of money in the future.  I have already recommend Randy to a friend and will continue to give referrals as long as he is selling or buying in Spokane.  During hard economic times bad realtors leave the industry Randy doesn't have that issue his hard work and honesty keeps the referrels going his way.
