We looked for an authentic place that served Paella.  It wasn't on the menu but I saw a picture of it on Yelp at Bistro B.  I called and they said they would make it special for my wife and I.  They said it would take about 45 minutes to make so order it ahead of arriving.  We called and ordered it and we are glad we did.  It was the most authentic and delicious Paella I've ever eaten.   The chef lived in Spain for a while and learned the old school way to make it.  I'm telling you that if you want a treat then go to this hidden gem.  I'm definitely going back at least a couple of times a month.

If you are looking for excellence in flavors, texture and presentation in a pleasant unpretentious atmosphere with great staff,  then Bistro B is the place. From the first bite of my salad   to the last bite of the desert was pure culinary heaven. I can hardly wait for my next visit. You should treat yourself at least once to the culinary genus of Bistro B's. I promise you'll want a return visit!

I have never written a review of any establishment but felt compelled to write this one. We ate at Bistro B last night around 6:00 for an early dinner. Shortly after being seated, we began to hear yelling from the front of the house (this is a very small restaurant so the yelling was easily heard). What we heard was apparently the owner berating someone for not printing menus. This exchange was mostly cursing with the f-word used frequently. My husband and I were extremely uncomfortable and considered leaving. However, we were on a rare date night and wanted to try to enjoy our night so we stayed even though the atmosphere was tense and you could tell the employees were uncomfortable. The food was just ok, but we certainly did not enjoy our night and probably won’t be back. I wish we had given our business to someone else.

The manager of this restaurant was very rude!!! Will never return.
The food wasn’t great, cheese board consisted of 6 thinly cut cheese slices- for over $10. 
No bread offered had to ask twice, 
More restaurants in the local area with better ambience and food food quality.
