All four of our meals were made wrong (beans in the burrito when we ordered no beans, rice side when we asked for double beans, pinto beans when we ordered rice, and red and green bell peppers when we asked no bell peppers). Then our to-go order of plain streak tacos (only cilantro) came out with onions! The food was not bad, but having to wait to have it remade multiple times was very frustrating. Or server was friendly although she seemed very busy with other tables and our drinks were filled throughout. It was upsetting to see one of the other servers interacting with what appeared to be her children who were seated with a large group. She even picked up one child and carried them around while on the floor then returned to other tables without washing her hands. This group was also very disruptive and loud with the children screaming and throwing sour cream all over the floor and walkway (of which was not cleaned up but instead a caution floor sign was placed down.) The whole time this was occurring, what looked like the manager was simply watching and did/said nothing. This visit was very upsetting because it was me and my husband's first time visiting the restaurant. The other two of our guests have been here before and have always had a wonderful experience. I would like to return for another visit, but after this bad first impression, I am very conflicted.

Good food. I came here for lunch and it was very quiet. I will go back for supper soon and see if we can't push this up to 5 starts.

Great food. Responsive staff. Our go-to spot for Mexican food. The charro beans and rice are very good. The guacamole cart is sweet!

Great prices, great food and the servers run like a Swiss watch. Also again the place is very modern and very clean. Also good for people with gluten allergies.

Avoid beans and rice, tacos are mediocre at best. Been here twice and the only thing redeeming is the great service and cleanliness. If you have literally no other option, then Fridas is the place to go. Whitewashed mexican food at its best. The salsa is good.
