I called in my order and got an international order person after letting it ring for 10-15 times. They took my order and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When i arrived the person behind the counter said he didn't have any order with my name. He never apologized or tried to help me. I told him to forget it i was going to Papa Johns and get a real pizza. Never again!

The quality and customer service at this location has declined over the last few years. I called on two different occasions to place a delivery order and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. When my order arrived, it was wrong and luke warm! I called and spoke to the manager who did not seem interested in making things right. After the last incident, I’ve decided to never eat at this location again.

Terrible customer service. Waited over an hour for a order. Called to find out where it was and they said they did not know what happened but the order was voided. That i would still be charged for it and that i would have to wait 5 to 10 days for the money to b e put back in my account. Will neverr order here again. Was not offered another pizza or an apology.
