I have been a member since 2016 and I could not be happier with my decision! The childcare was the decision maker for me. My kids absolutely love spending time in Kidnetix and have built strong relationships with many of the other children. The facility itself is great because it caters to my over all goal of power lifting training. The trainers are extremely motivational and never let you accept defeat. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the environment over all is just filled with confidence. I can't wait to see what Kinetix has in store for it's members this year!

Where to start?! I cannot say enough good things about the Personal Training department. The trainers are so attentive and listen when I have questions and concerns. They make sure I'm comfortable in my work outs which definitely helps me to be more confident. The rates are certainly affordable and they have a great rewards program for members who refer friends. Call to set up your appointment with T or Elisia, you won't be sorry!

This place is convenient and quiet. It would be a 5 star experience if they offered more classes at times that are convenient to my schedule. But it is so convenient in other ways, like being in close proximity to my home and is now 24hrs, that I am willing to continue to be under a contract and pay 3x what other gyms cost.

Love the friendly staff! Childcare is a big plus and selling point. It's available during regularly staffed hours. The trainers are great and know how to get you working! The environment is very friendly and the atmosphere is incredible. Kinetix in Southwood is where it's at!

Awesome facility! Super friendly staff. Amazing classes! If you enjoy group fitness and are a fan of the Les Mills program, Kinetix is the place for you. Isabella, Nela and Jill are my all time favorites! Must see for yourself!
