We were looking for a replacement vehicle for our 16 year old daughter.  She was driving a Saturn Vue and had an accident. We were so impressed with the way the car protected her - we were looking for another one.  King listed one on their web site.  We went down to have  a look and worked with R.C.  
We liked everything about the car but the detailing lacked.  R.C. did not make and excuse, but instead spent most of the next day detailing inside and out himself.  The car looked brand new when we arrived to pick it up!
GREAT service by R.C.    He is someone to ask for!

The whole team was fantastic from Steve Rodriguez's great salesmanship with no pressure and thorough knowledge of the vehicle, to Brad the sales manager, pitching in to get my application processed, to Tim, the finance manager and his professional attitude and friendly approach. Finally Kevin, my delivery specialist, was so patient and took the time to go over my new Sonic and explain everything from getting my Onstar setup to every detail of operating my sporty new treasure!! Thank you!, Thank you! Thank you! I will sing your praises to everyone I know - Great job and keep up the good work!!

Top shelf sales staff. Vehicle was as advertised. The sales guys (Adam and Richard) were amazingly patient and helpful and the finance guy (Tim) made sure we were comfortable and explained every single minute detail. Thank you King for treating a father of 3 like royalty. I recommend everyone try them if you are looking for a GM product!

I had a great buying experience at King.   I went in knowing what vehicle I was interested in purchasing and RC helped me through the process.   RC was great from the time I walked in the door until I drove off in my new vehicle.   Ask for RC he is a great sales rep.   RC was a no pressure sales rep which I really appreciate.  I would like to say thank you to all the staff who had part in getting my Buick Encore.   I Love it!!!
I am sure I would be able to contact anyone at King if I needed assistance.

There were 4 to 5 service guys standing around talking. I waited for about 8 minutes, then went and stood in front of the service guys desk... Then was finally acknowledge. Now I can see why an oil change or getting tires put on is a half day ordeal... It would be nice if they communicated with the customer on where things are with the vehicle and how much longer the wait will be. What I communicated to the service guy, wasn't passed on to the person actually doing the work, so I was frustrated about that and didn't want to wait another 2 hours for my simple request.
