Purchased my three butterfly telescopes off of King Koi and Goldfish's website and had them shipped to me in Minnesota. Fish arrived on time and lively and seem very happy and healthy. They are high quality goldfish and I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much they are beautiful!!!

Very impressed with this place! Love how they can do video shopping so you can purchase a fish you truly love. I am in Texas and far far away from this place. I picked out a crown pearlscale who arrived here two days later, and is still healthy and growing rapidly. What a unique experience to pick a fish from FaceTime. I debated buying from other places merely on the fact I could not watch how the fish swam, interacted with others, etc. I am so glad I got to watch this fish before buying online. He fits in perfectly with my original crew all because I was able to see him first. Thanks King Koi!

Their goldfish selection is top notch, and you could tell the fish and water quality were both really well cared for. The guy helping me was so patient with helping me pick out which fish were good and what food to feed them. Amazing store, so glad they're relatively local. 

Also, they had some absolutely huge koi for sale.

Had a disappointing experience. Bought a ranchu from them last year and made a point to stop by while I was in the area. Walked in and neither of the 3 people working even said hello to acknowledge a potential customer was in the store, the most basic act of customer service.

The best option for online purchasing of Ryukin goldfish that I’ve found! Their fish are of the highest quality and I am very impressed with how they arrive. I live in West Texas, and the 3 large Ryukin that I’ve ordered have all arrived in perfect condition in under 24hrs. from leaving from California. They’re even quite lively upon arrival, which hasn’t been typical in my online Fish ordering experiences. Packaging is very professional with insulation, padding, and even three bags around the fish just as a safeguard. Bags all arrived still full with air - no leakage at all. I’ve ordered from other companies before and fish arrive lethargic, look sickly, and bags are deflated...have even had some arrive diseased or dead. Not with King Koi - they go the extra mile. All fish I’ve purchased are healthy, very active, and an awesome addition to my tank. Well worth the price paid for these high quality, and remarkable goldfish. This company has definitely mastered the online purchasing of these large goldfish.
