Absolutely abysmal service. Staff is rood, and the management are thieves. I took my vehicle in for a simple tune-up, but as soon as the "mechanics" started messing with things, suddenly I had a whole mess of mysterious issues that weren't present previously. Do not take your business to these assholes unless you enjoy being ripped off, lied to, and having your vehicle returned in a condition worse than when you left it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would do exactly that. They used to have a car dealership here - KING'S Quality Auto Sales. Notice it has gone out of business because the owners are crooks. We purchased a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee from these folks over 6 months ago. To date, still have not received a title. Multiple phone calls, voicemails, text messages, and emails have yielded zero responses. We can't tag the vehicle due to their incompetence yet are still paying a loan on a vehicle that cannot be legally driven. It took me driving to Overland Park and waiting at their facility for several hours just to get them to pay attention. They gave us a dealers tag "while they worked out the situation" that I have now found out is not legal for us to drive on and they won't return calls emails or voicemails left regarding that issue either. Now to the point where I have to pursue legal action. Do not take your vehicle here for anything. Everyone here is a liar and a crook. I could go on and on and on about the lies I have been told by multiple people here. See you in court We will see you in court Tim and RENEE' King.

We have been loyal King's customers for over 25 years.  They have serviced all of our vehicles over the years.  We have found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, fair and very accommodating.  In our experience they recommend repairs that are needed and will counsel against making repairs or maintenance that is not necessary or that can be deferred.  They have always stood by their work and corrected the very few things that weren't quite right over the years.  We have recommended Kings to others over the years who are now also regular customers.
