NO STARS!!!! I have a dishwasher in need of repair. I forgoed scheduling an authorized repair company for Bosch to have Sears come in a more timely manner. I have now spent EIGHT HOURS waiting for a repair person in a two day period! They have canceled TWO times!!! I would like them to call my boss and explain WHY I have to have more time away from work. DO NOT USE THEM. They are unreliable!!!!!

Problem w/ thermostat on fridge. Tech arrived on time, but had to go get part, was running late, got  into a hurry and didn't install it properly, so the fridge went from being on all the time to not coming on at all. Return visit (different tech) was no-cost, problem fixed in 10 minutes. Things are fine now but should have been fixed right the first time.

Excellent service on our refrigerator.  Our tech. was prompt, knowledgeable and an excellent representative of the repair company.

Repairman showed me the problem & explained what it took to fix it.  He was extremely pleasant and efficient.  I think his name was Pat.  I also appreciated the time frame for arrival and updates as they occurred.  Would definitely call Sears if I have another problem with my washer or dryer.

My technician was super friendly, knowledgable and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes total, even giving me advice on another issue I had. This is the second time I've used my Sears warranty and both have been fantastic experiences! I am going to renew my warranty and am considering the home warranty as well.
