I just recently become a groomer with Petsmart and almost my coworkers love going to to King Scott / have great things to say. Got more blades and guards combs, miracle brush, cologne sprays. The customer service is great. Sweet and friendly environment and great prices. Highly recommended to shop here!

The staff is honest fun and informative. Rewards program is very nice. Reliable grooming information.  Great selection of scents, shampoos, shears and blades. Love this place. Sharpener available Mondays.

Purchased several blades here while I dropped off my others to be sharpened, one of which was a #5/8 buttercut. I found out later, when I went to use it, that it was actually a 5/8 "toe blade."
 Naturally I called to inform them of the mistake, and when she went to check, it turns out that they're out of the blade I asked for, and had been charged for, which I understood. It happens, people make mistakes.
 I went to return the blade a week later, picking up my sharpened blades, and hoping that they had gotten the correct blade. Unfortunately, they had not. 
 The woman I spoke to assured me that once they received the item in stock, they would then ship it to my home for no additional cost. Great! Well, here we are, three months later and no blade. Nor was I ever contacted, or given a refund for an item I paid for but never received.
