Finally made it here on Thursday afternoon after having to cancel multiple times due to the busy life of having a newborn and 2 jobs. With with Mark in the afternoon to look at some cars. Not only was he very friendly and honest with me, he also offered to stay past business hours so that my wife can take a look at the car after she got out of work.
Came back on today (columbus day) and left an hour later with a Honda CRV.
Couldn't think of a nicer guy to buy a car from than Derek. He took care of the loan side of the deal for me so I never even had to talk to the bank. Very easy and convenient way to buy a car.

We bought a Honda CRV from them today. I stopped in on Wednesday and spoke with Mark. It was a a no pressure no sales talk conversation. I gave Mark the needed information for the bank, and also contacted the bank and gave them the needed information. In the meantime I did my research on price and condition of the vehicle. The price was about $2500 under NADA recommended retail and under Kelly Blue Book value. The Carfax report showed the vehicle to have an excellent history, with maintenance every 5,000 miles, almost to the mile and no issues. I stopped in Thursday to talk with Mark and met Derek and the other owner (I'm bad with remembering names). They were so laid back and sales pressure free that I thought they were employees of the company, they both look young. On Friday I got word that I was approved for the loan and met with the bank on Saturday to pick up a check. I then went to the dealership to pick up the car. Derek and said forgotten name of the co-owner were there. We had a really good conversation about kids, being a good person, and compassion for your fellow man. They were very interested in my company and asked questions about it for about half an hour while I boasted how great it was to work for yourself, not once did they indicate that they were owners of the company. Only toward then end when I asked what they did for the company did they tell me they were the owners, talk about being humble. I was embarrassed to tell them I thought they were employees. They then went to show me their new business area for their remodeling kitchen company. These are two very humble yet proud entrepreneurs. I highly recommend purchasing a car from this company. It is a very class act.

I went to my bank and got preapproved for a car loan on Friday. I did my online research and was looking into several cars, one was at KAB. Tuesday I drove away in a new to me car. Mark, Derek, and Matt were all great to work with!! I got an amazing deal! When they say "Home of the no pressure & hassle free car buying experience!" They mean it!! I will gladly buy here again!! Best car shopping experience ever!!

Great people, excellent prices!  You can't find any better sales team than Derek and Mark.  They really care about their customers and getting them the exact vehicle that fits their needs.
